  What an experience,
  
  The Larder is one of the top catering companies here in Byron Bay. We had great customer service from Alisia who received the emergency call 28 September about our broken down freezer at around 2pm . She understood the urgency and promised to call back. Not only did she call but she managed to secure one of their technicians ‘on the road’ to contact me after their other jobs, likely to be after 6pm. 9pm and champion Daniel arrived at our kitchens. Discovered our electricity cable had short circuited and therefore blew out our compressor. 2 solutions offered. New compressor or immediate replacement of the freezer. Resilium insurance company contacted 6am who requested an incident report and quotes which was done by Lismore Appliances immediately at 9.20 am on 29 September. Wow, what a company, wow what service, and a big thanks from The Larder Byron Bay.
